About us

Founded in 1981, Musyck Anon is a group of singers whose repertoire consists of madrigals and other part songs from the 16th Century through to modern times.

We perform throughout the year, notably at the annual Shakespeare birthday celebrations, as well as private functions (see events).

For more formal occasions, we offer programmes of songs and readings on a particular theme (see repertoire).

Robert Chadburn, Conductor of Musyck Anon

Usually, but not always, we sing in 17th Century costume.

Our members come from the Vale of Evesham and the surrounding district.

We currently number 17 voices, including our Conductor, Robert Chadburn (pictured on the right), although we often perform in smaller groups.  Our Deputy Conductor is Ken Morris (pictured on the home page).
